Town of Windsor Animal Services (Interim April 1 - June 30, 2026)

The Town of Windsor is pleased to welcome the City of Rohnert Park and County of Sonoma as our new animal service providers, effective April 1, 2026. This transition reflects the Town’s continued commitment to ensuring high‑quality, compassionate, and responsive care for animals and their families within our community.

The Rohnert Park Animal Shelter and Sonoma County Animal Services will oversee a full spectrum of animal services, including shelter operations, field services, lost‑and‑found assistance, pet adoptions, and animal licensing support. Residents can expect continuity of care along with enhanced resources designed to promote responsible pet ownership and community safety.
