Access or Create Your eTRAKiT Account

The improved eTRAKiT system has officially launched! Registered users will now have access to an expanded list of online permit applications, online payment options, electronic plan reviews, and transparent permit information. The new platform is easy to use and includes “tool tips” to help you navigate through the application process. 

Getting Started

All existing eTRAKiT users must reset their passwords and utilize a new username. You will no longer see your company name in a dropdown list and will need to enter your CSLB number as the username when logging in after you have reset your password. Please follow the below instructions to reset your password in the new eTRAKiT portal.   

1. Navigate to the new eTRAKiT link: https://wsca.csqrcloud.com/community-etrakit
2. Click Forgot Password
3. Click Contractor 
4. Enter the email address to which you received this notification 
5. Click RESET PASSWORD 
6. An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to the email address to which you received this notification.
7. Click the Reset Password link 
8. Reset and memorize password 
9. You are now signed into your account and can apply for permits and schedule inspections. 
10.  The next time you sign in, please use your CSLB Number as the username and the new password that you setup. 
11. Please delete any shortcuts to our old online portal and save the new eTRAKiT URL: https://wsca.csqrcloud.com/community-etrakit
