Utility Billing
Services Provided by the Utility Billing Division consist of office staff providing water and water reclamation (sewer) utility account services for the Town of Windsor and Windsor Water District.
Services include:

- Water Reclamation (Sewer) Charges

- Cashiering services for:
- Building Permits
- Engineering Fees

Hours of Operation:
Monday through Thursday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
In-person public counter services will be offered Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, at the Town’s Administrative Services Department.
