Shell Station Remodel (downtown)

The Town has approved a major remodel of the existing downtown Shell Gas Station located at 9033 Old Redwood Highway.  The project includes demolition of the existing 2,321-square foot convenience store/carwash building; six fuel dispensers; and 3,000-square foot overhead canopy.  New construction will consist of a 2,432-square foot convenience store; 1,132-self serve drive-through carwash tunnel with 248-square foot equipment room; and four fuel dispensers with 2,733-square foot overhead canopy.  The new convenience store will be open 24-hours a day, consistent with current operations.
