Heritage Park is a 33-unit affordable apartment that is approved for development at 8685 Old Redwood Highway and is currently under construction. The 1.66-acre site is currently vacant. The project includes 2 one-bedroom units, 18 two-bedroom units, and 13 three-bedroom units. The proposed building is three stories tall, located toward the street, with outdoor amenities and parking located at the rear of the site. The main entry will be from a driveway on Courtyards East. A new access road will be developed along the southern edge of the property, with a second driveway into the parking lot at the west end of the access road.
