Hembree Lane Oaks

Status: Hembree Lane Oaks was approved by the Windsor Town Council on May 17, 2023. Construction activities commenced June 2025.

The Hembree Lane Oaks project is a 24-lot residential subdivision and development project on a 5.1-acre parcel located at 7842 Hembree Lane (APN 163-080-047).  Lot sizes range from 1,880 to 6,484 square feet.  Approximately 2.1 acres will be dedicated to the Town for permanent open space and tree preservation. The project includes full build-out of Cornell Street; a street connection from Country Meadow Way to Cornell Street; and the extension of Meadowlark Way to serve three residential lots, ending in a hammerhead turnaround.  The existing drainage ditch through the site will remain open, except for a small portion that will be piped into a drainage system under Country Meadow Lane.
