The Los Amigos Cottages project is a 32-lot residential subdivision and development on a 2.72-acre lot located at 263 Arata Lane, APN 161-020-049, northwest of the Arata Lane/Los Amigos Road intersection. The project consists of 26 detached single-family homes and 6 attached (duet style) single-family homes. Five of the duet style homes would be affordable to lower income households. Lot size range in size from 1,664 to 4,860 square feet, with home sizes ranging from 1,197 to 1,776 square feet. Each detached home includes a two-car garage and each duet includes a one car garage and one driveway space. The project would extend Los Amigos Road to the project’s northern entry.
