Estates at Ross Ranch

The Estates at Ross Ranch is a 31-lot residential subdivision of the 17.18-acre parcel located at 1295 Jensen Lane, Assessor’s Parcel Number 162-020-004. The lots range in size from 15,038 to 29,602 square feet. The project includes the following circulation improvements: frontage improvements along Vinecrest Road; the extension of Prince George Way to the eastern boundary of the project; construction of a north-south segment of Jensen Lane along the eastern project boundary; construction of a new street north-south street, Portland Way, in the center of the site, that connects Vinecrest Road to Prince George Way; and construction of a mini-roundabout at the intersection of  Vinecrest Road and Portland Way. The project includes a 100-foot agricultural buffer along the east and south boundaries of the subdivision. The project includes building envelopes for lots 11 through 15 that are outside of the 100-foot agricultural buffer.
