The cost of the permit depends on the type and size of the project. The fees are based on the total valuation of the project, as well as the amount of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work associated with the project.

Residential plan checks are completed within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of a complete set of construction plans. Non-residential plan checks are completed within twenty (20) working days of receipt of a complete set of construction plans.
