Notice of Funding AvailabilityRecipients will receive notice when there is funding availability from Inclusionary Housing Funds for the construction of affordable housing units. The Town's housing policy require developers of certain market rate housing projects to either construct affordable housing units as part of their projects, or pay a defined inclusionary housing in-lieu fee. In-lieu fee funds are used to assist with the preservation of existing affordable housing units and to assist with the development of new affordable housing units. Notices are issued when the Town has accumulated in-lieu fees in its Inclusionary Housing Fund.
