2. Youth Mayor Application

   Please complete the application form in its entirety and submit electronically. If you have any supplemental sheets, please submit them to the Town Clerk's Office at the Civic Center Council Chambers, 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400, Windsor, CA 95492, or by email at townclerk@townofwindsor.com. Alternatively, you may print the application out and mail or email it to the Town Clerk's Office.

   APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
   All students (public, private or homeschooled) who are residents of the Town of Windsor, California, that are registered in grades K-8 are eligible to apply. 

   PRIMARY DUTIES: 
   - Attending Town Events
   - Being Present for Photo Opportunities with the Mayor and Councilmembers. 
   - Hold designation through term noticed. 
   - Occasionally attend the beginning of Council meetings. 

6. PARENTAL CONSENT

   As parent/legal guardian of the applicant, I hereby grant my permission to the applicant to participate as Youth Mayor, if selected. I understand that the duties include attending monthly meetings and events relative to this program. I acknowledge that a parent or legal guardian of the applicant will be present when the applicant is called upon to participate in an event. 

   I also understand that upon submission of the application, my child will be considered with all other applicants and that my child may or may not be selected for this position. I understand photographs that include my child may be used in print and/or other Town media at times. I further acknowledge that my child's participation in this program is voluntary.
